Ghana Football Association’s President Caught Collecting Bribe (Video)
The President of the Ghana Football Association, Kwesi Nyantakyi was filmed collecting 65,000 dollars from a Ghanian reporter who pretended to be a businessman willing to invest in Ghanian football.
Nyantakyi who is also the CAF Vice President was lured to a luxury hotel in the middle east with the promise of meeting a businessman who was interested in sponsoring the GFA. He went further to write up the contract which allowed him to divert funds to a company he owned. the funds he would have diverted would have been at least 4.5 million dollars. The undercover film showed Nyantakyi placing the money in a black plastic bag.
This development has led to the GFAbeing dissolved by the Ghanian government.
