Another innocent person has again fallen victim of unknown motorcyclists who had been stabbing pedestrians at night in Bauchi.
The victim, 15-year-old Aminullahi Ahmed, was stabbed at about 8pm on Sunday, along a major highway in Fadaman Mada area of the metropolis.
Guardian of the victim, Ibrahim Yahaya, said on Monday that Ahmed, in the company of three others, was walking along the road behind Government Girls College, Bauchi, when the motorcyclist slowed down and stabbed him with a double-edged sharp instrument.
“After stabbing him, he tried to stab a second person but was not successful. Thereafter, he zoomed off,”
“From the perforations on the stomach of the victim, it is clear that double-aged instrument was used; same mark was noticed on previous victims of similar incident,” he said.
